Annual Summer Convention 2025

Join us and fellow members from around the state at beautiful Boyne Mountain Resort in northern Michigan. We encourage you to take this opportunity to network, participate in events, and hear fantastic speakers with other industry professionals. Enjoy the largest indoor water park in the state and strolling the world's longest timber towered suspension bridge while going from the golf links to the spa.

Registration - All registrations must be paid before the event. Early bird rates are only available until Monday, June 30, 2025. Preregistration closes on Wednesday, August 6, 2025.

Hotel Accommodations - Boyne Mountain Resort will serve as the headquarters for this event. Rooms start at a discounted rate of $179* per room, per night with a two-night minimum. Register online or call Boyne Central Reservations at 800-462-6963 and ask for Home Builders Association of Michigan Summer Convention. The discounted room block will not be available after Monday, July 14, 2025 so make your reservations early.
*Rates and a 10% resort service fee are subject to a 6% Michigan State Sales and Use Tax. Rates are also subject to a 5% Local Lodging Assessment.

Tax-Deductible Business Expense - Always consult your CPA on such matters, but please remember all (or a portion) of your expenses for this gathering are tax-deductible as a business expense.

Airport Arrival - Pellston Regional Airport at 1351 N US-31, Pellston, Michigan is the nearest airport to Boyne Mountain Resort.
