Celebrate the state association's 75th Anniversary, and join fellow members from around the state to participate in education, networking and activities on Mackinac Island. This year's speaker lineup is full of industry experts and other professionals who are ready to share their expertise.

Registration – All registrations must be paid before the event. Early Bird rates are only available until Friday, July 12, 2024. 

Spouses / Guests / Children – These guests are welcome to all events. Childcare is not provided by the hotel and/or the association. Parents are responsible for their children at all times.

Hotel Accommodations – Mission Point Resort will serve as the headquarters for this event. Rooms start at $409*.  You may also call (800) 833-7711 to make a reservation or add additional days to your reservation. Indicate you are with the Home Builders Association of Michigan to receive the discount. The room block will not be available after Friday, July 12, 2024 so it is best to make your reservations early.

Shepler's Mackinac Island Ferry – Shepler’s Mackinac Island Ferry is the official ferry service of the event leaving from Mackinaw City and St. Ignace. The round trip discounted rate is $26/adult, $17/child (5-12) and free/child (under 5). Purchase discounted tickets online with code HOME24 or at the ticket booth onsite with the mention of Home Builders Association of Michigan.

Parking Mackinaw City (all options are self-parking) | Day Parking - Free (off-site) | Standard Parking - $20/night (off-site) | Premium Parking - $45/night (on-site at dock). Shuttle service to/from the off-sites lots.

Parking St. Ignace (all options are self-parking) | Day Parking - Free (on-site) | Standard Parking - $20/night (off-site) | Premium Parking - $40/night (on-site at dock). Shuttle service to/from the off-sites lots.

Horse Drawn Shuttle Service / Taxi – There is a horse-drawn shuttle which transports guests and luggage to the resort. Luggage transport is included in your hotel accommodations. The service is $8.50 per person and is cash paid directly to the driver. For taxi service while on Mackinac Island, directly call Mackinac Island Carriage Tours Taxi at (906) 847-3323.

*The above hotel rates do not include 6% sales tax, 3% local assessment, 10% resort levy, and $6 luggage transfer per person. Children 17 years or younger stay for free. Children 12 and under eat for free. $25 additional per guest for triple and quad occupancy.
